To create bridges between disciplines, IAST awards annual prizes to the best multidisciplinary research projects.

In 2020, the prize is shared between three projects:

• Jane Conway and Maxime Derex: "The Cultural Evolution of Thoughts"
• Francesca De Petrillo, Zachary Garfield, Alberto Micheletti and Catherine Molho: "TEAM-3PP --- Testing Evolutionary Alternative Models of Third-Party Punishment: A Multidisciplinary Approach"
• Victor Gay and Jan Stuckatz: "Who became a Nazi? Structured Database of the German Denazification Questionnaires, 1945 – 1949"
